Cookies are my favorite snacks. I usually like to have cookies in the evening because cookies are fulfilling and tasty at the same time. In this blog I will be sharing the recipe of Chocolate Chips Cookies which are crispy from outside and gooey in the inside. This recipe gives you bakery like cookies. Even my parents love these simple cookies.

Ingredients
Plain Flour/Maida: 1 1/4 Cup
Powdered Sugar: 1/4 Cup
Baking Powder: 1 Tsp
Baking Soda: 1/2 Tsp
Egg : 1
Melted Butter 1/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence: 1 Tsp
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Chopped Chocolates: 200g
Directions
- In a bowl, take the melted butter, add powdered sugar to it and whisk well till the sugar melts. Then add the egg, vanilla essence and beat till the egg turns pale and fluffy.
- To the butter-sugar-egg mixture add the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix well to bring the ingredients together to form a soft dough.
- To the dough, add the chopped chocolates and mix well. Then popthe dough into the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Take the cookie dough out of the fridge and divide the dough into 20 equal portions. I got 20 parts of 24g each. Roll the dough into small ball and again put it into the fridge for 10 minutes.
- Place 10 cookie dough balls on a greased tray on equal distance and bake the cookie in a pre-heated oven for 30-33 minutes at 180 C till the top becomes light brown. Repaeat to bake the remaining batch of cookie balls. Serve the cookies well completely cool or store them in an air-tight jar.
