Directions
- In a frying pan, heat 2 1/2 tbsp of oil, add chopped green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Saute for 1 minutes. Then add the chopped carrots and capsicum, saute for 3 minutes. Season with the dry spices i.e turmeric powder, cumin powder, corriander powder, kashmiri lal mirch, amchur powder, garam masala and salt. Saute for 30 seconds. Then add the mashed boiled potatoes, and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Let the potato and veggies mixture cool. Then add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Now take small portions of the potato mixture and roll in on your palm to make small cylinderical shaped pattie. Keep it aside.
- Now take the bread slices and remove the sides of the slices. In bowl, take some cold water. Dip the bread slices and squeeze out the excess water. Place the potato-veggie pattie over it and wrap it by sealing all the sides well. Repeat the process till all are done.
- In a deep pan, heat oil to deep fry the bread rolls. Once the oil is heated well, fry the bread rools till golden brown from the outside. Then serve hot with ketchup or your favorite chutney.
