Well worry not in this blog I will be sharing a quick starters slider recipe which you can serve your guests which will be loved them. You can even have these as evening snacks and enjoy with your hi-tea.

Ingredients
Hard Boiled Eggs: 3
Chopped Onions: 1/4 Cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves: 2 Tbsp
Chopped Mint Leaves: 2 Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder: 1 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp
Plain Mayonnaise: 2 Tbsp
Ketchup: 1 Tbsp
Salt as required
Mini Salted Biscuits: 20
Directions
- Remove the egg yolks from the boiled eggs and chop the egg whites. Mash the yolks and mix the egg whites in a bowl.
- Add chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, black pepper powder, red chili powder and mix. Then add the mayonnaise and ketchup. Mash till well incorporated. Add salt to taste if required.
- Now take small portions of the egg mixture and place it over the salty biscuits. I took 1 tsp of the egg mixture for one biscuit. In total approx 20 biscuit sliders we prepared. At last garnish with chopped mint leaves and serve.
Tips: For the vegetarian version of this mini biscuit sliders use finely grated or chopped vegetables like carrots, cabbage, onions etc. Add mayonnaise and ketchup to the veggies and season with red chili and black pepper powder. Place them over the biscuits and serve.You can even make biscuit sandwich sliders by placing another piece of biscuit over the egg/ veggies mixture. Press firmly, biscuit sandwich sliders is ready.
