Pizza is one of the most famous food item around the world and is eaten by the people of every age. I must say that it is loved by many and it has many variants. One of the very basic variant of pizza is topped with pizza sauce, cheese and some herbs. In this blog I will be sharing the recipe of mini veg pizza which I made recently and enjoyed it with my sibling and cousins.

Ingredients
Plain Flour/Maida/Bread Flour: 1 Cup
Sugar: 2 Tsp
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Olive Oil/Refine Oil: 2-3 Tsp
Active Dry Yeast: 1 Tsp
Lukewarm Water: 1/4 Cup
Pizza Sauce: 1/2 Cup
Cheese Slices: 2-3
Chopped Onion: 1/4 Cup
Boiled Sweet Corns: 2 tbsp
Dry Italian Herbs: 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes: 1 Tsp
Directions
- In a large bowl, pour the lukewarm water and add the sugar, then add the yeast and let it bloom for 5-6 minutes. Then add the salt and oil to the water. Mix. Then add the flour and knead a soft dough by pulling and tucking the dough. knead the dough till it becomes elasticity.
- Take a clean bowl, brush it with generous amount of oil on the base and sides. Tuck in the dough and keep it into the greased bowl, sealed with a lid or cling wrap. Keep it in the fridge for 2-3 hours or till the dough doubles in size.
- Take out the bowl from the fridge, remove the cling wrap/ lid and punch the dough to release the air. Once again knead the for 2-3 minutes. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Tuck in the dough in the base and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
- Now place the dough on the flat surface and using your finger tips spread the dough into a rough base. As it is a mini pizza, make a round base of 3-4 inches diameter.
- Spread pizza sauce over the pizza base, place cheese pieces over the sauce. Then place chopped onions and boiled sweet corns. Sprinkle Italian dry herbs and chilli flakes as per your
- Place the pizza over a tray dusted with semolina. Bake the pizza in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes at 200℃. Serve the pizza hot.
