Coconut laddoo is a famous sweet dish made on special occasions. Coconut Laddoo/Nariyal ke Laddoo is made of coconut, milk, sugar and dried fruits. In this blog I’ll be sharing the recipe of Coconut Laddoo which is an instant recipe using condensed milk.

Ingredients:
- Desiccated Coconut 265g
- Condensed Milk 210g
- Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
- Milk ¼ cup
- Saffron strands 15-20
- Dry fruits of your choice to garnish
Directions:
- In a bowl take the milk and add saffron strands. Mix well and keep it aside.
- Heat a pan on low medium flame. Add desiccated coconut to the pan and dry roast the coconut for 10-15 minutes.
- Now add the condensed milk to the coconut and mix well till well combined. Stir continuously to avoid sticking on the bottom and to avoid lumps.
- Add cardamom powder and saffron milk to the coconut mix. Mix well to distribute the flavor and color equally. (Adding saffron milk is optional. One can skip this step if you love white laddoos.)
- Take the pan away from the heat and let it cool for awhile.
- Take small portions of the laddoo mix on your palms and roll out small balls. Roll the balls on the desiccated coconut.
- Garnish with the dry fruits of your choice and serve to your guests.
