  • 3-4 Fresh Green Chilies

  • 1 Whole Sliced Onion

  • 1/2 Sliced Capsicum

  • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic

  • 2-3 tbsp Tomato Ketcup

  • 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp Italian Herbs Mix

  • Salt to Taste

  • 1 tbsp Butter

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil

  • 2-3 Cheese Cubes

Directions

Once cooked, strain off the excess water and sprinkle some oil over the cooked pasta. Mix well. Oil will prevent the cooked pasta from sticking. Keep it aside.

  • Heat a pan, add oil and butter to it. Add the chopped garlic, saute for 30 seconds. Now add the sliced onion and capsicum and saute on high heat for 1 minute. Add the tomato paste and cook till the paste becomes thick. Add salt to taste.
  • When the tomato paste gets cooked well, add tomato ketchup and mayonnaise, give it a nice mix till well incorporated. Also add the Italian herbs and mix. Now add the boiled penne pasta. Mix and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and serve hot.
