Tandoori Chicken is the Indian version of roasted chicken, popular in India as well as all over India. Traditionally, chicken is marinated for few hours in yogurt and spice mix and roasted in a tandoor, a cylindrical clay oven. But what if we don’t have a tandoor and yet we crave to eat tandoori chicken. Well, worry not, I’ve got a rescue to this situation. In this blog I’ll share an easy way to make tandoori chicken at home.
Preparation Time: 1 Hour

- After 45 minutes, take the marinated chicken sprinkle the chicken masala and mix well.
- Take a grill pan or a non stick frying pan and heat it on a medium flame. Add 4 tbsp of oil to the pan and let it heat. Now place the marinated chicken pieces on the pan to cook. At a time cook 3-4 pieces if small in size and 2-3 if pieces are big.
- Cook the chicken on one side for 2 minutes and flip over to the other side and cook for 2 minutes on medium flames. Repeat the process of cooking the chicken on both the sides till the chicken is cooked well. Do the same with the remaining pieces of chicken too.
