Summer is already here and in this scorching heat our body need something chilling. So why not try out Fresh Lime Masala Soda which is refreshing and chilling as well. Here’s the recipe of my favorite homemade drink for this summer.

Ingredients:
Fresh Lime Juice 3 tbsp
Jal Jeera Powder 2 tsp
Dried Mint/ Pudina Powder 1 tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Black Salt ½ tsp
Chilled Water 250 ml
Chilled Soda Water 750 ml
Lemon Slices 02
Mint/ Pudina Leaves for Garnishing
Ice Cubes
Directions:
- In a glass pitcher take the water, add the sugar and black salt. Mix well till sugar dissolves.
- Add lime juice, jal jeera powder and dreid mint powder. Stir and mix well.
- Add the soda water and mix well.
Serve in the mason jar or tumbler. Garnish with lemon slice, mint leaves and ice cubes.
