Green Chutney is a famous variant of chutney made up of fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves and other flavoring ingredients; served with Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Chicken and other roasted items. It is also served along various savory dishes.

Ingredients:
Coriander Leaves 1 cup
Mint Leaves ½ cup
Thick Curd ¼ cup
Green Chilies 2
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Ginger 1 inch
Lemon Juice 1-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Directions:
- Thoroughly wash the coriander leaves and mint leaves. Peel the ginger and garlic.
- Take a mixer grinder jar, put all the ingredients into it with salt according to taste. Add little water if required to adjust consistency of the chutney or to ease the grinding process. Grind on high speed till a thick paste is obtained.
- Serve the chutney with Tandoori Chicken, Paneer Tikka and other roasted or savory dishes.
