Ingredients:
Aaloo Tikki 08-10
Chole/ chickpea curry 3 cups
Coriander Chutney 1 cup
Tamarind Chutney 1 cup
Curd 2 cups
Chopped Onion 1 cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves ¼ cup
Fine Sev 1 cup
Coriander Powder 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder 2 tbsp
Fennel Powder 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Black Salt 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder ½ tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Directions:
- In a bowl take all the dry spices. Coriander powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, red chili powder, black salt, black pepper powder and mix well. Here’s the quick chaat masala.
- Take the curd, add sugar to it and mix well till lump free.This curd mix will be used over the aaloo tikki chaat.
- Assembling the Aaloo Tikki Chaat:
- Take a plate, onto the plate place the aaloo tikki first. Press the tikki and flatten a bit. Over the tikki pour the hot chole with the gravy.
- Pour little amount of coriander chutney and tamarind chutney. Then a little amount of curd.
- Now sprinkle the chaat masala according to your taste. Finish the assembling of chaat with chopped onions and fine sev. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
