CHOCOLATE BANANA MUFFINS

Chocalate Banana Muffins is a great snacks or breakfast option. if you are getting late inthe late in the morning then have these muffins with a cup of coffee and definitely you will feel full at least till noon. You can even have these delicious muffins as snacks whenever you feel hungry. So in this blog I am sharing the recipe of Chocolate Banana Muffins which I baked on my sister’s request as she feels hungry everytime.

Ingredients

  • Plain Flour/Maida – 1 1/4 Cup

  • Cocoa Powder – 1/4 Cup

  • Powdered Sugar- 1/4 Cup

  • Mashed Bananas – 3

  • Beaten Eggs – 2

  • Vanilla Essence – 1 Tsp

  • Baking Powder- 2 Tsp

  • Baking Soda – 1 Tsp

  • Salt – 1/2 Tsp

  • Oil- 1/2 Tsp

  • Milk – 1/4 Tsp

  • Choco Chips/Chopped Dark Chocolate – 1/2 Tsp; 1/4 Tsp

Directions

  • In a lagre bowl, mix all the dry ingredients i.e. plain flour/ maida, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
  • To the dry ingredients now add all the wet ingredients. Beaten eggs, milk, oil, mashed bananas and vanilla essence. Mix till well incorporated. Add 3/4 of the choco chips/ chopped dark chocolate and keep 1/4 of the choco chips/ chopped dark chocolate garnishing.
  • Line the cupcake tray and fill with 2/3rd of the muffin batter. Garnish with remaining of the choco chips.
  • Bake the muffins in the pre-heated oven for 25 minutes at 180°C or bake till the toothpick comes out clean. Once baked let the muffins cool completely and serve or keep all for yourself.

Tips: You can even add chopped dry fruits of your choice in the muffin batter.
