It is an Indian condiment made using coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, green chilies and other flavoring ingredients. In this I will be sharing the recipe of quick and simple coriander chutney of chaat, etc.

Ingredients:
Coriander Leaves 3 cups
Garlic 5 cloves
Ginger ½ inch
Green Chilies 2-3
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions:
- In a mixer grinder jar, add coriander leaves, garlic cloves, ginger and green chilies. Grind on a high speed till a smooth paste is formed.
- Take out the chutney in a bowl and add salt to taste and lemon juice. Mix well. Use to assemble chaat. It can also be served with other snacks like samosa, aaloo chop, cutlets etc.
