Ingredients

  • Thick Curd – 1 Cups

  • Powdered Sugar – 1/4 Tsp

  • Mint Leaves – 2-3

  • Black Salt/ Cardamom Powder – 1/2 Tsp

  • Watermelon Cubes – 200g

Directions

  • In the blender, add the chilled curd, powdered sugar, watermelon cubes, black salt or cardamom powder and mint leaves. Blend it on high speed till watermelon is liquidified.
  • Take out the watermelon lassi in a glass tumbler or a mason jar. Pop it into the fridge for few minutes and serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves.

Tips: You can either add black salt or cardamom powder, all depends on you. I added black salt to balance the sweetness as the watermelon was too sweet. If you don’t like the salty taste then add cardamom powder instead of black salt. For little spicyness you can even add red chili powder or black pepper powder or even a pinch of chaat masala to the lassi.
